Minty Mojito Spritz for monsoon evenings

Ingredients

• 120 ml Zenzu Minty Mojito, chilled
• 8–10 fresh mint leaves
• 15 ml fresh lime juice
• 60 ml chilled soda water
• Crushed ice
• 1 mint sprig + 1 lime wheel

Method

1. 1Bruise mint leaves with lime juice at the bottom of a highball glass.
2. 2Fill with crushed ice.
3. 3Pour in Zenzu Minty Mojito.
4. 4Top with soda water.
5. 5Stir once and garnish with a mint sprig + lime wheel.
