- 2Pour in Zenzu Rose & Lychee.
- 3Top slowly with sparkling water — let the bubbles settle.
- 4Add a dash of rose water if you like.
- 5Drop in a lychee and float a rose petal on top.
For the cocktail version, replace half the sparkling water with dry prosecco.
